Returns & Cancellations

UK customers ONLY:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a prepaid return with a label, please follow the link below: https://www.moderneofficial.com/a/returns. Once your return request is processed, we will issue you with a prepaid ROYAL MAIL returns label via email within 48 hours. Please note that all UK returns MUST be sent via Royal Mail ONLY.

All International customers:

Currently, we DO NOT have prepaid return labels for our international customers BUT are working hard to put one in place very soon. In the meantime, all international customers will need to arrange their returns within 14 days of delivery to the following address:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your return confirmation.

Items that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the sender.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If approved, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference. This policy applies to manufacturing defects reported within 12 months of purchase, excluding damage caused by misuse.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs and any duties or taxes. Third-party return costs or courier fees will not be reimbursed.

Late Returns

Returned items must reach us within 14 days of your return confirmation. Late returns will not be accepted unless pre-approved by our team.

International customers:

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. For more information on your rights, please refer to Clause 5 in our Legal Terms.
